1.1 Age and Legal Capacity

To register and use eg3333, you must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter. By completing the registration process, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

eg3333 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point, including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Until satisfactory proof is provided, deposits, withdrawals, and wagering activity may be suspended.

1.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active eg3333 account. It is prohibited to open multiple accounts under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method. Where duplicate accounts are identified, eg3333 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bonuses, and withhold winnings derived from bonus funds.

1.3 Accurate Registration Information

When creating your account, you must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, and valid contact details. Any deliberate misrepresentation in your registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

1.4 Account Verification

eg3333 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit identity documents, address verification, and payment method confirmation before withdrawals are processed or at any other time deemed necessary by our compliance team. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

eg3333 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Visa/Mastercard where applicable. The availability of specific methods may change without prior notice. All transactions must be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳).

2.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction limits are set per payment method and are displayed on the Finance / Wallet page at the time of transaction. eg3333 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

2.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal requests submitted via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 8 to 15 minutes of approval by our payments team. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or pending KYC verification. eg3333 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

2.4 Own-Name Payments Only

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered exclusively in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned where possible; where a return is not possible, the funds may be held pending investigation. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account bearing your registered name.

2.5 Currency and Exchange

All player balances, bets, bonuses, and winnings are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). eg3333 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion on behalf of users. Any foreign currency conversion costs incurred at the payment provider level are the user's responsibility.

2.6 Anti-Money Laundering

3.1 Bonus Eligibility

3.2 Wagering Requirements

3.4 Promotion Amendments and Withdrawal

eg3333 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in and met the qualifying conditions, eg3333 will honour the committed bonus for that player to the extent reasonably practicable.

3.5 Cashback and Reload Offers

Cashback promotions are calculated on net losses only (total wagers minus total winnings) over the stated period. Cashback is credited as bonus funds subject to the wagering requirements stated in the specific offer. Reload bonuses follow the same eligibility and wagering rules as welcome bonuses unless otherwise stated.

4.1 Bet Acceptance

eg3333 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including after a bet has been placed, where there is evidence of an error in odds, a technical fault, or suspected fraudulent intent. In the event of a voided bet, the stake is returned to the player's account balance.

4.2 Errors in Odds or Game Outcomes

Where a bet is accepted at odds that were published in error due to a technical fault or human error, eg3333 reserves the right to void such bets and return stakes. Winnings generated from demonstrably erroneous odds are not payable. eg3333 will communicate such decisions to affected players promptly via in-account notification or email.

4.3 Live Betting

Live (in-play) betting markets are offered on selected sports events including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Odds in live markets fluctuate in real time. eg3333 reserves the right to suspend live markets temporarily or permanently during a match, including during delays, interruptions, or where the integrity of an event is in question. Bets placed during a suspension period are void.

4.4 Game Integrity and RNG Certification

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live games, or any other multiplayer format.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unintended advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected bug must be reported immediately and are not withdrawable.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity that undermines the integrity of a sporting event.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment wagering, including commercial exploitation or resale of any service.

5.2 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Where eg3333 determines, at its sole discretion, that a user has engaged in prohibited conduct, the platform reserves the right to take any combination of the following actions: immediate account suspension or permanent closure; voiding of all pending and settled bets; forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings; recovery of withdrawn funds where fraud is established; and referral to law enforcement or relevant regulatory bodies.

6.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your eg3333 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method. 6.2 Self-Exclusion

6.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, or wagering activity). eg3333 will notify the registered email address of pending dormancy status before any administrative fee is applied. A monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳50 may be deducted from dormant account balances where a remaining balance exists. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and contact support if needed.

7.1 Ownership of Platform Content

All content on the eg3333 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, interface elements, text, graphics, game integrations, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of eg3333 or its licensed content providers. 7.2 User-Generated Content

Where the platform permits users to submit reviews, feedback, comments, or any other form of content, you grant eg3333 a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content for platform-related purposes. You confirm that any content you submit does not infringe the rights of any third party and is not defamatory, obscene, or unlawful.

eg3333 endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be unavailable during scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical failures, third-party service outages, or events beyond our reasonable control. eg3333 is not liable for any losses — wagering or otherwise — arising from platform unavailability.

8.2 Limitation of Financial Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, eg3333's total aggregate liability to any individual user for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.3 No Warranties

10.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.

10.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and eg3333 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.
